According to BOUCHER François (Paris 1703 - id.; 1770) "Marie-Emilie Baudoin also known as Tête de Flore." Black stone. Watermark of capital letters. Glued on support cardboard vertically on the right (stains and stitches). Nice modern night blue mounting with black ink nibs and gold netting. H. 28 - W. 21 cm To be compared with the pastel portrait of Marie-Emilie Baudoin, the artist's second daughter (1756) kept in the Drawing Room of the Louvre Museum (Geneviève Monnier, Pastels 17th and 18th centuries, n° 26 - RMN 1972), and her engraving by L.
