Key in iron niellé of gold. Oval ring topped by a crown of flowers and containing a lyre and two laurel branches, at the base of the ring initials "H" on the front and "a" on the back in rectangles framed in gold. Bossette carved with fleur-de-lis, drilled stem molded in gold spiral, engraved bit with protruding snout, six-toothed rake, two pertuis in full cross, balustered board. Probably a trophy or a tribute to a virtuoso musician.
